
Greg David
Board Member
Greg David is a healthcare, finance, nonprofit, and education leader with 30+ years of experience spanning investments, medtech entrepreneurship, and mission-driven education.
Greg began his career in the early 90’s as a healthcare financial journalist before becoming an institutional investor, specializing in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices. He currently serves as Strategic Advisor to Ampa, a neurotechnology company working to expand access to transformative mental health treatments, including TMS.
In parallel with his work in healthcare and investing, Gregory has dedicated the past 15+ years to education and nonprofit leadership. Since 2010, he has been an educator at the Bank Street School in New York City. He also served for a decade as the founding Board Chair of the Washington Heights & Inwood (WHIN) Music Community Charter School, where he helped grow the organization from concept to a world-class institution serving over 450 students.
Greg holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania (BA in English, BSE in Economics from the Wharton School), New York University, and Bank Street College of Education.
