Neil S. Hirsch Neurotherapeutic TMS Grant

FACTMS is excited to announce the first application for the Neil S. Hirsch Neurotherapeutic TMS Research Grant. Through a generous donation from the Neil S. Hirsch Foundation, the grant offers funding up to $100,000 total for up to two years to enable promising investigators to fund pilot research in the field of neurological applications of TMS. Deadline to apply is March 31.  

The program is intended to facilitate innovative research opportunities and supports translational and/or clinical investigators of TMS in neurology. All research must be relevant to our understanding, treatment and prevention of serious neurologic disorders such as: Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, stroke recovery, dementia, and neuropathic pain. Please note that purely psychiatric applications of TMS are not eligible for this grant.
